Preparations:

1. Blanch chicken in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. Gently rinse all herbs and add chicken with 1.5 – 2 litres of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Once water boils, simmer for at least 1.5 hours.
3. Season with salt if required and serve hot.
