(Hijau Natura) Taimal Herbs Eight Treasure Soup (Ba Zhen) 130g

Eight Treasure Soup or Ba Zhen Soup used to replenish Qi and blood to alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, pale complexion, anaemia, anxiety, heart palpitations, poor mental functions, and light-headedness. It is commonly known as a blood tonic for women in improving irregular periods, alleviating period pain, and replenishing blood. However, Ba Zhen Tang can also be used by men to restore balance and vitality.

Recommendations:

For ladies, it is generally recommended to take Eight treasure Soup (Ba Zhen Soup) two days after their period has ended.

Preparations:

1. Blanch chicken in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. Gently rinse all herbs and add chicken with 1.5 - 2 litre of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, simmer for least 1.5 hours.
3. Season with salt if required and serve hot.
